Property Desk is software for real estate - asset management and leasing of office, retail, warehouse, as well as residential space.
The task of our company was to create a digital product by designing the website of the Property Desk system, as well as the key elements of the system itself. Complementing the work was the design of a mobile application, the functionality of which is an integral part of the Property Desk system.
Graphic and UX design of a web application for property management and a mobile application which is an integral part of the entire Property Desk system. The whole is completed by the design of the application for checking in and arranging appointments at the reception desk in large office centers.
The target group is primarily companies and institutions dealing with residential and commercial space management, as well as people from the Asset Management industry.
Our main goal was to redesign the website, in the next stage of the mobile application and the system for booking visits in office buildings. When designing the UX of the website, we paid special attention to sales values and the possibility of easily setting up demo accounts.
The second stage of the work was the creation of key pages of the system, which unmistakably include Stocking Plan and Vacancy Update.
The stacking plan allows a transparent overview of the property and an insight into the tenant agreement. Ideal tool for meetings with the owner or the rental department. The stacking plan allows a quick overview of the property and direct access to contracts.
An integral part of the Property Desk system is a mobile application that allows the Manager to continuously control requests from tenants and monitor the progress of work in solving submitted tasks.
Another key functionality of the Property Desk system is the possibility to book a visit with any person in the company renting space in the office building operated by the system (the so-called Guest Book). This functionality is available from the website of the office building and the module in the reception of the building. We had to design this system visually and functionally, taking into account the needs of a very large target group.
The result of our work is a very extensive system, gaffically consistent, intuitive to use on many levels. It is a fully multi-channel system used on desktops, telephones, but also dedicated desks in the reception of office buildings (tablet).
